Mark Perkins – cost consultancy
directorMartin Perks is director of Mott MacDonald's cost
consultancy Franklin + Andrews responsible for the UK government
portfolio. He has been part of the work done in establishing whole
life and life cycle cost modelling for the Building Schools for the
Future programme and has been involved in identifying ways of
removing the financial barriers to green building and development
for the last 4 years.
As a chartered surveyor Martin has been working with customers and
the RICS to further the development of sustainability initiatives
and to determine strategies and simple actions for changing the
behaviour of building users to reduce energy consumption in
commercial, industrial and domestic property.
